We are very pleased to offer Stanley Mouse's Five Men in a Boat. This is one of the very few Avalon Ballroom posters that was never reprinted, making it particularly difficult to find. Mouse designed this split fountain poster for shows featuring Bo Diddley & The Sons of Adam at the Avalon Ballroom in San Francisco, in 1966. Chet Helms printed only 1000 copies of this first & only original printing. The split fountain process can vary considerably throughout the print run. This is one of the best copies we've seen as it has the orange on the bottom. Many lack the orange & have just the red without the progression to orange. The poster measures about 20" x  12 1/2". The copy offered here is beautiful, as you can see. It is in near mint minus condition with only a couple of small corner bends. Mouse has signed the poster with his running mouse signature. The signature alone is a work of art! You will not be disappointed owning this exceptional copy of a very desirable poster
